The Client
St Anselm owns and manages a mixed-use commercial investment and development portfolio spanning offices, industrial and forestry. Founded in 1927, the company is now in its fifth generation of family ownership, having pivoted from a predominantly residential portfolio in 2006 to build today's broader commercial base.
The Process
The direction centred on modernising heritage: holding onto strong references to St Anselm's history while introducing a cleaner, more contemporary expression that reads as high-end and established.
This meant building a property brand identity confident enough to sit alongside more prominent names in London property, giving a business that had operated largely under the radar the presence to be recognised and remembered.
The Solution
An original monogram was designed to carry the weight of St Anselm's history, a mark rooted in legacy rather than trend. Built into a considered property brand identity, it extends into a website structured around the breadth of the portfolio, offices, residential, industrial and forestry.
Alongside the rebrand and new website, a photoshoot was scheduled to capture relaxed team headshots that avoid a corporate feel, and to document the full London property portfolio. The result is a rejuvenated identity that still references St Anselm's past, paired with updated assets and a stronger online presence.
